Refund policy

Since our products are MADE ON DEMAND, this means we do not stock different sizes as in a retail operation. Unless the product is damaged, or incorrectly sent out, our vendors will not take it back from us. That is why we have personally tested each item we sell with sample orders to know what we are sending to you.

If it is an issue where you were sent the wrong product, wrong size, or the product is defective, just send us a picture and we will issue a refund or replacement once the problem with the item is deemed the fault of one of our vendors.

U.S. customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date start a return request.
